The Month’s Tally
Over the past month my Calories Eaten (left) vs. Calories Burned (right) chart has looked like this:

Yet i’m only 2 lbs lighter as of this morning. That can’t be right, can it? i guess if i’m only in a 100 calorie deficit a day, then maybe it is right.
And my weight change over the past month (Weight Change over Time):

Man, this dieting thing sucks. A lady who came into my restaurant told me “To lose weight, you have to bust your ass exercising and starve. That’s it honey… at the end of the day, you’ll always be hungry.”
Methinks i need to rethink my plan…

I need to lost at LEAST 100 pounds, but I refuse to do so by being hungry.
I’m slowly trying to work down to normal eating habits. I tried “the diet”-it was working, but I went nuts and fell off the wagon.
Now that winter is ending, and I can walk more, I’m hoping my “eat by the food guide” will actually work!
And hey, 2 pounds is 2 pounds!
