Welcome to Mentally Interesting...

This is my little self-improvement experiment. Here I discuss mental health, weight loss, debt elimination, parenthood, pop culture and generally whatever gets me thinking. Be forewarned, we go for brutal honesty here; however, I do play well with others and so should you.

This may not be needed now, but will be sooner than you think. I have many tried and true ways of scaring off the boys that I would be happy to share. One that was especially effective was to take my lithium at dinner in front of a young man and let him know that this was needed so I would not have a psychotic break. He never came back.
